Steve Creffield


Steve’s passion is in blending creativity and personal growth psychology to create workshops, events and one-to-one coaching interventions that are rich in learning. Over the past ten years he has established a reputation for being a pragmatic, engaging and challenging professional.


He specialises in delivering workshops in Coaching, Presenting, Facilitation, Motivation and Working With Human Differences. There is also considerable demand for his one-to-one coaching services.


Operating under the name of Evolve Training & Coaching Solutions he has enjoyed success across all sectors - for example with Blockbusters International, EA Games, The Body Shop, MGM Assurance, East Sussex County Council, The National Health Service, The Institute of Employment Studies, The Institute of Development Studies, Business Action on Homelessness, and the Universities of Sussex, Brighton and Westminster.


Steve holds a degree in business specialising in organisational psychology, is a qualified NLP Trainer and Master Practitioner, he is also one of the few people in the country to hold the Spiral Dynamics I & II having studied with Don Beck and Chris Cowan at the National Values Centre (USA).

Karen Creffield


Karen first began practicing Yoga in 1987.  Her studies have led her to study with teachers in the UK, India, Thailand, and Australia.  She completed her first teacher training course, with Yoga Arts in Byron Bay in 2004.  She has recently completed a Level 2 teacher training with the Lifecentre, in London.  Both schools offer a non-dogmatic approach to teaching yoga drawing from teachings of a number of traditions.  Karen has also specialised in teaching pregnancy yoga having undertaken a specialist course with the Sitaram partnership whilst pregnant with her 1st child.  She is currently registered with the British Wheel of Yoga, the Register of Exercise Professionals and Yoga Alliance. 


Her teaching is firmly grounded in a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology BA (Hons) in Human Movement Studies and a Masters degree in Exercise Science.  Her intention through teaching is to share her love and commitment to beautiful practice that is both healing and nourishing, requires enquiry and exploration and invites us to find a greater sense of harmony in all aspects our lives.


Karen is also a qualified acupuncturist and reflexologist.  She completed her reflexology training with the Bayly School in 1992 and her acupuncture training with the South West College of Oriental Medicine in 2004.  Karen has also undertaken postgraduate studies at the Zhejiang College of Traditional Medicine in Hangzhou, China and The Central Hospital of Traditional Medicine in Hanoi, Vietnam.


Karen is a member of the British Register of Complementary Practitioners.
